After a comfortable night at Whitehills, where we managed to find a pub in which to watch the England v. Wales rugby match and walk to Banff and back, we set sail yesterday for Peterhead, hoping for a cracking sail. Wind direction looked good and tides were in our favour. However the wind died and we had to motor for much of the 7 hour passage, again with rolling seas. However we caught another 2 mackerel on route for a delicious kedgeree supper and reached our destination just as it started raining.
