Still off Dakar

Unfortunately we find ourselves still swinging on
the anchor off Dakar. Even the fishing is not so good now. Our main problem is
frustration at not being able to do our job. There is plenty to get on with,
it's a never ending story regards maintenance but we just aren't going anywhere.
Also we have to put up with water rationing and it is a difficult job to make
everyone understand this and to take precautions . Soon we will run short of
fresh produce. Guess we'll just have to start bargaining with somew of the local
fishermen again, because of the strong winds recently they haven't been around
much.One motor canoe capsized a couple of days ago and only 1 survivor out of
the 4 onboard.
