Had a little BBQ last night as we passed Cap Bon on NE tip of
Tunisia. Just nice to relax and sit out on deck. Pity is that apart
from the few officers the crew don't speak English so natually chit
chat about religion, politics and soccer was out! The only
interesting thing, if I understood correctly, was that the cook was
in Vietnam and taught VC how to use tanks! Also that the population
of Latvia is declining as younger people especially look for
opportunities abroad.
Now passing between Malta and Scicily so its a case of the wide blue
yonder until we reach Egypt in a couple of days time.
