Its really warm and the dragonflies and crickets are out in force.
The only problem is that when they die off their bodies litter the
deck. Luckily it rained a few days ago and washed all the old
crickets away before the authorities boarded yesterday for their 1st
inspection.
It looks like the vessel will now beach at Alang on 28th sept. But
this will be confirmed after the 2nd (and final) inspection and
formalities.
The tides are getting higher each day and today is the 1st day to
resume beaching and 5 vessels are already waiting at Alang, 15 miles
away. Meanwhile business is booming in the scrap ship business as
there are 15 vessels here at Bhavnagar waiting to be demolished.
