Dear Family and Friends,

Still here! another 160 miles covered, its looking as though we will reach the half way point sometime in the next 24 hours. We are downwind sailing, (instead of 120 degrees on the beam), to make a better  course to the Marquesas. So its very rolly at times, the worst moments seem to be saved for when I’m cooking.

 

The fridge has a problem at the moment, and is going off when a low voltage alarm kicks in. Alan has reconnected its fan, neither of us can remember the noise it makes when on, so it hasn’t run for a while. We are not sure whether the smart battery charger isn’t also playing up. Never a dull moment!

 

I am told that some of my daily blogs (during passage), are not getting through, can someone please confirm which ones are missing, we left on 7th April (first posting 8th April).
