Dear Family and Friends,

 

Another day nearer, 1100 miles to go, we are hopeful of making Boxing day landfall. We may yet arrive earlier but we are heading for a patch of light winds and although we have had steady winds today I suspect our mileage will be a bit lower than yesterdays. It has been warm, overcast and rain at times, and more of this type of weather than I would have imagined.

 

We have made contact with a host of repairers in Antigua and hopefully they might be working between Christmas and New Year so we get some damage sorted.

 

Otherwise a quiet day, more washing and boat maintenance and sleeping!
