Allowed into the marina now that we have officially
been passed for not constituting a health hazard to the Australian population
who are resident in the gate locked marina. So through the lock gates we go and
take a berth in the marina. Turns out that the locals living in the marina don't
have black water tanks, no pump out system and I was told by the marina Master
if we are pumping into the marina waters to do so discretely!! I wouldn't put a
foot in that water without a serious decontamination wash down. So not
entirely sure what the whole diver inspection was all about. Anyway we are now
ready to explore the NT or Top End.
