Edgecumbe Bay was too shallow for us so had to move to better shelter, wind due 25 to 30 knts. This bay is much better, no one here, great bay, good shelter but has some extreme bullets firing down the valley.

Off to the rocky beach to look for oysters. The rocks are amazing, all rounded off from pebbles to 1 tonne rocks. Anyway after a couple of hours we had a very large bucket full and the fire was lit for Bar B oysters. Noi also brought lamb chops and sausages, incase we didn't find oysters. A beer or two as well as it happens.

Noi also managed to slip in the rocks, (too focused on free oysters, they are $29 per dozen in Monty's cut her finger quite badly on a bit of coral so medical attention applied as soon as the Bar B and beer were done. It is looking good now, the finger that is.

Also put out the crab pot and did some fishing, both without success. Haven't caught a fish since we arrived in the Whitsundays and I am hearing the same thing from a number of people.
