Hi Folks,
Not very good at updating our blog but its probably
because we have having such a good time.]
Last updated blog from Antgua. We had a
great few days there with Anthony and Kim and then a week with Louise and
Mark. Great weather and too much good food. Vanessa now needs a debenture
seat for the restaurant Trappers in English Harbour which she visited three
times raw tuna the speciality!
From Antigua we went back to Guadeloupe for some
wonderful snorkelling in the Jacques Couteau Marine Park - angelfish,
parrotfish, sergeant majors, eels, all types of corals and then swimming with
the large loggerhead turtles... absolutely fascinating! And then a final stock
up of french cheeses and wine in the Saintes before heading down in
big winds to Dominca - great fun! -where we are now.
Had a great walk this morning up in the rain
forest mountains. Huge trees with trunks 35ft at their
base!
We head off down to Martinique to meet Jilly and
Mike for a week. From there we head off south to St Vincent (via St Lucia
to pick up some Rum and Coconut liquor called "Marigot" - this years favourite
digestive!) for a final few weeks in the Grendadines before leaving the boat in
Grenada at the end of March.
