Abecoa Car Show.

On one of our three days off since we arrived in Florida we went to the Abecoa car show.  To get to it we had to pass Burt Reynolds Park, he actually comes from Indiantown but we haven't seen him yet. Those with no interest in classic cars look away now.
Model 'T' Ford.
1957 Thunderbird.
1969 Camaro.
1968 Dodge Charger. Bev liked this one because it matched her scarf.

One of the few British cars here an 1965 AC Cobra.
1955 Covette Sting Ray before it changed to the Stingray in 1958

1970 Corvette Stingray.
V8 with supercharger, all very clean and polished.
1948 Buick

Lots of Ford Mustangs there.
Another Ford model 'T'
1955 Bel Air.
1948 Studebaker.
1968 Camaro
The town centre of Abecoa closes down to traffic on the first Saturday of every month for this show. The cars are of a much higher standard than I have ever seen at home but this is possibly because there is virtually no rusting here. Ten year old cars still look like new.
1972 AMX
1960 Thunderbird
.
1969 Pontiac GTO.  To give you an idea of how cheap petrol was here in the sixties, most of these cars will only do 8 to 10 miles per American gallon 3.8 Litres.
