 Hendry in his younger days 'Dancing the cocoa. the
beans are roasted in this pot then danced on to polish the shell making them
more
presentable to the buyers.
 The cocoa beans ready to be made into chocolate.
They are already full of a dark chocolate substance which tastes quite
bitter.
 A very small proportion of the beans go to 'Greens'
organic chocolate factory. We couldn't get in to see them making the chocolate
but we did get free samples. It was fantastic.
 Back on 'Swiftwing' Helen entertained us with her
classical guitar playing.
 While Heather played some blues.
 Kat enjoys a juice.
 So does Elissa.
 'Swiftwing moored stern to a coconut palm below the
Pitons, St. Lucia at the start of the trip.
