We are now back in Antigua, Jolly Harbour and had a splendid evening with the folk from Atalaya, Lady Sara and Papaver - catching up on all things ARC - very boring for Janice and Paul, for which we apologise!  Those sailing types are nearly as bad as the golfing types and the running types and the squash playing types for long and tall stories!  Off cycling today….. boys played squash yesterday!.......
