WHAT HAPPENS NOW THE BUTTER HAS MELTED?

You will see from our position that we have hit the magic 20 degree line
where "the butter melts" and it's our cue for hanging a right. So we have
-and as the wind picked up to 20/30 kts overnight we're flying downwind
under genoa. Well, that's enough of the technical stuff. Fishing yesterday
was a severe disappointment - a heavyweight lure came out of the bag of
tricks and strutted its stuff all day to no effect. We did manage a
spectacular show of flying fish this morning just after dawn, so combined
with the Dolphin parade yesterday, we're being treated to a wildlife
extravaganza off and on.
Tom's now reading up on his astro nav, so the sextant may make an appearance
shortly, though we need a little calmer seas for anything accurate to take
place. The night skies are spectacular as well and our rudimentary
knowledge being supplemented by the same book. Hope you are enjoying the
