The 26^th May came round at the same time this year, as last but it did seem to arrive quicker.

This may be due, in some shape or form, to the hectic chaos that has been our life this year so far.

They do say that selling your house and getting married are 2 of the most stressful events in your life.

Well, if you add to that, selling a boat, buying a boat and planning a ‘round the world’ trip on said boat

(yet to be bought) and all within 5 months, well I’m sure you get my drift.

We are still sane(!) and the house is sold (bargain basement) and we have got married a couple of photos to

prove it.

Prim Teaze was sold (another bargain basement) and Prim Teaze of Leith was bought. However she was

in much need of modernisation, as she had been sorely neglected for the last 14 years, so our ‘sailaway’

has been delayed. This has, however, enabled us to continue planning and ensuring everything is in place

for our eventual departure.

This is our initial log entry on our mailasail site. We will be updating it regularly from now on as the easiest

way to keep everyone informed.
