We're still in True Blue, caught up with Joe and Shawn from Libertas
yesterday. Joe kindly helped us with our Raymarine problem, which is
hopefully solved, but won't know for definite until we're sailing. We think
we might still have email problems, grrrh.
Today I go to the Budget Marine shop to buy a sturdier stern anchor for the
dinghy, whilst Tom sorts out the motor for the septic pump (poooey). We've
still outstanding stuff, but suspect that time will be running out for us
soon, so will leave here by Tuesday at the latest and move north to St
Lucia, possibly stopping at Bequia overnight, which should give us two long
days sails to get into Rodney Bay. As the bow thrusters are still out of
service (unless Joe and Tom can fix this pm), we might be bouncing off
pontoons a bit! Bang goes our lovely newly polished gelcoat. Did we tell you
we had a dead fridge....!
No definite news on the timing of our trip back for those who have
volunteered....we are still collecting wisdom....
