ANOTHER DAY IN THE LAGOON

Well, the fuse did not turn up in the post today, so here’s hoping for tomorrow.  Battery charging remains the priority of the moment and we have not yet invested in hurricane lamp or similar, makes it an early to bed, early to rise kind of existence.  We are getting jobs done around the boat and the new clocks will be taking up pride of place on the snug walls before dusk falls tonight.  Pictures will follow, though the elusive storks are yet to be captured on film as the journey to and from the Doca can be a bumpy one.   The camera also needs some juice and that is going into other things at present.  We still anticipate getting on our way this week, though there’s a little matter of a gale sitting around the Straits of Gib at present.   It’s not due to travel our way however.  More Brits anchoring here now, though we have not yet made contact with anyone on the ARC  courtesy of the SSB which we are faithfully trying every day – this should work better once we are at sea, evidently.

Hopefully, you will have received an email from us which gives you our full contact details.   If it hasn’t arrived, please send us an email and we’ll make sure you get one.

More anon….keep the home fires burning!
