Well, Virgin have really blotted their copybook now - we were confidently advised that the bag would be on the late flight from Barbados to Grenada yesterday evening.  After drinks and dinner with Libertas, we made our way to the airport - the flight was due to be in at 2140 - it actually arrived at about 2230. We invaded arrivals mob-handed, but it wasn't there.......the call to Virgin was inconclusive and all the managers were in a meeting, so we're still awaiting that call back.  Rotweiler Smith was on the case again at 0800 our time, to be told that it was there; at the airport; in the Virgin office.....how did it get there.....why didn't they tell us...will there be a personal apology from Sir Richard?   All these questions and more have yet to be answered.  Arrival of baggage at True Blue was 0930 Grenada Maybe Time and here's the photographic proof.....legal matters are pending til return to the UK.
