26/7/22: Back home at Emsworth. Overnight return trip was easy, no ship avoidance this time. We followed a weather when wind dropped from 6 to 5, good sailing initially, and we made most of the crossing before the wind veered to a point where we needed to motor. 

Checking out of France with border police at the marina office was easy.

On return to the UK we phoned Yachtline to HMRC but my email submission of 1331 to the UK border force wasn't acknowleged, nor was a resend after a few days. I now understand they are using an on-line reporting system.
