Wed/Thur gave our best run so far at
110nm. Yesterday the wind gradually backed, providing some useful distance
north, then increased to F6 with a rough sea. We spent the night fully
reefed. Early morning the wind dropped giving fog which remains to midday.
Yesterday Andy did his first noon sight, but we may not have a horizon
to practice on today. Yesterday's fish
escaped.
