Legendary sailing weatherman and navigator Chris Tibbs was the instructor for my weather course today and tomorrow. Chris has sailed over 300,000 miles including 28 Atlantic crossings and at one point held 11 sailing records. He is also the author of the RYA weather book so I was in good hands for the weekend. I don’t mind admitting though towards the end of the first day I was wilting a bit. Thankfully it is only a two day course!!
