hi avocet not at sea .we are on a lake .lake
gatun in panama we are at the eatern end of the lake and will do the descent
tommorrow but we are out of the pacific all well but crossing panama time
scheduled for nine pilot arrived 10.45 and asked for maximum speed to catch up
with our vessel and we did and then had to wait circleing for an hour.eventually
did first lock and went to next and had to wait another hour ,the we had to play
chicken with a panamax freighter he backed down and reversed to letus out of the
lock.they will come to do the descent afte lunch .so tomorrow will be in
the sea again in a marina derry
