Like a quiete Sunday

Last night we had to turn to the engine for forward motion. We have lost the battlre to stay in the good wind ahead of the low pressure that has kept us going well for the past 4 days. It has also supplied us with rain.
Bored with the sound of the engine we tried the assymetric spinnaker for a few hours,....not of course rushing the snuffer. All seemed well and Double Gloucester tried his hand at driving this rig with a following swell. The Nipper coached him well, but was surprised when it came to his turn how tricky it was to grapple with these herds of waves.
The toys were stowed for lunch and the afternoon spent lazing around and getting the sound system understood. Road Runner seems to have an individual taste in music, and has spent the afternoon trying to revive his iPhone which had found a wet patch last week.
