Here is one of the crew members that will be sailing on from Hawaii to Tahiti.

Sam Bussin is a 23 year old student currently attending the University Of Ottawa, studying Criminology and Business Administration.  Sam has been sailing since the age of 12 racing competitively in a variety of fleets.  A former member of the National Sailing Team, Sam has represented both the Island Yacht Club and the Royal Canadian Yacht Club in his practice.  In the past few years he has been able to have the chance to experience open water sailing as a new form of the sport of sailing.  This will be his first time sailing offshore in the Pacific Ocean and he is hoping to gain invaluable information from this great opportunity.
