Unfortunately we arrived at Boston just after the Cirque du Soleil had left town, but never the less Boston kept us entertained for a few days with it's shops, tourist attractions and the trimaran moored next door to us in the city marina.   Boston is the home of the famous tea party; seems a crap way to have a party, chucking a load of tea into the sea, nobody even got pissed, maybe they should have gone to the famous 'Cheers' Bar instead.  We biked around the town, covering most of the historical landmarks and eventually tracked down the home of Sam, big Norm and all the other cheers characters that we can't remember the names of.  We were served a pint by the rudest bar man in the world, it was only after Chris had reminded us of this famous Boston attraction that we decided to track it down, afterwards we sent Chris a picture of us outside the bar and he replied 'what were the chance of me running into big Norm'; John says he's a cheeky git.

As mentioned earlier there was a trimaran moored next to us, after some sleuth detective work John tacked down the owner, gave hime a call and bullied him into taking us out.  Ben (the owner) a really nice guy, duly turned up the next night and took us out in his 28ft Corsar folding wing trimaran.  Unfortunately, the conditions were really light but we got a taste of what was possible as we achieved 5.5knots in 6knots of wind.  Ben's had the speed up to 22 knots.  John says he fancies a trimaran but I'm not sure he can handle the speed, I think he'll cry if we go much over 11knots.
