It's Tuesday, late afternoon and we have 438nm left to go, hopefully we should reach St Lucia Friday afternoon as we are averaging 135-150nm a day.  The sloppiness of the sea is leaving us all feeling like we're in a bubble, unable to do much of anything before we are left drained of all energy and have to have a lie down.  I think it's fair to say that we are all pretty keen to get there now, Duncan because he wants an undisturbed nights sleep, John because he wants to feel the ground beneath his feet and me because I think I'm going slightly mad and keep thinking about diving into the sea to shake this mugginess off.

We've had more flying fish landing on the decks and one flew perilously close to John last night, hitting the back of the solar panel that was only inches from his face.  We laugh when it happens but at the speed they travel, one could seriously have your eye out!
