As some of you may already know, from Richards kind words on the blog, I have had to withdraw from leg two. I dislocated my knee cap at the weekend whilst doing a FIBUA assault course. I may now need an operation but let me assure you it will not long until I am fighting fit again and hitting those waters!! I am completely gutted as it is obviously a trip of a lifetime and a great crew to top it all off. However it would be unfair on the crew for me to proceed with a weak knee – its bad enough with the sea sickness!!!

I really hope you all have a fantastic time and return safely. I will of course be emailing the boat and keep up-to-date with the blog, make sure you write a lot cause I am in bed for a least the next three weeks and daytime TV is dull!!

I have really enjoyed training with all of you and would like to thank, Richard, Mark, Windy and MJ for all of their hard work during training – don’t worry I won’t waste it, Transglobe here I come!!!

I will hopefully come down to Gosport for the return of Adventure and will of course buy you all a beer (you can hold me to that!!)

Can someone else please feed nemo for me?!!!!!
