Serai Romps to Guadeloupe

Wow. We had the most awesome sail from Antigua to Guadeloupe. It was a 44 mile journey and Serai did it in 6 and half hours. An amazing pace. She averaged 7.2 knots with the wind just forward of the beam and blowing about 15 to 20 knots. She seems to get the bit between her teeth and just go for it.

We anchored in Deshaies for a couple of nights. Its a lovely looking town dominated by a church in the centre. I don't think we have ever seen as much fresh fruit and veg anywhere in the caribbean. More from us once we climb the biggest waterfall in the eastern caribbean. Should be knackered after that!!
