Kelpie

Motor-sailed through the night and shortly after dawn sighted the high cordillera of Galicia. Early afternoon a good northerly breeze established we sailed with genoa poled out to windward and the gennaker flying free with the main down - Kelpie really likes this and is fast and stable; Bert had very little to do - his vane hardly moving
As we entered the bay in which lies A Coruna while we were getting the sails off Kelpie, we were joined by a huge pod of dolphins who played in our bow wave and wake for several minutes and our pilot whales came back again, but not as close as they had been yesterday
This whole trip has turned out to be a sort of marine mammal safari!
By 1900 alongside in the Marina Nautico at the Club Real. Showers followed by dinner in a restaurant overlooking the harbour.
