Another quiet day for equipment checks, so managed to get off to get more preparation done on the boat.

The safety equipment check took place today, and I stepped down and left it to Liz, Richard and Dick. Rob Gaffney did the inspection

 and was really making sure that we complied, inspecting very thoroughly. But we passed with flying colours.

The evening was the Welcome party, which had very entertaining and colourful carnival dancers which were great fun
