We have moved off the paint stripping and sanding to the ‘wet and dry’ method of flatting off the shiny surface of the paint – very monotonous, messy and mind numbingly tedious!!  So it was a lovely surprise when ‘Hakuna Matata’ arrived in Fuengirola.  We had done the medical course with Pat in England, so it was great to meet her husband Jeremy and children Bradley and Elena.  They spent the day with us, we had a Sunday roast and then the whole family mucked in and helped us to sand before inviting us on their Catamaran for cocktails before dinner.  Oscar was with us but Vic was still in Granada so missed the German speciality sausage dinner!

Elena couldn’t finish hers so she made a smiley face with the left overs!

Today, the Cage’s sailed at dawn and we were back to the grindstone……
