Arrived at DRS and set up camp. It’s quite an operation here. 1 million acres and 7000 head of cattle. But they probably make as much money from the campsite, bar and restaurant as they do from the cattle. The laundry at the campsite always has a queue. We went to the bar for a couple of cans of XXXX and saw that it was burger night. The Drysdale Kimberley beef burgers (KBB to the cognoscenti) are famous so I was persuaded to have one while Fi had the ‘normal’ one. We were so busy wolfing them down that we forgot to take any pictures! We decided that we would indeed press on to Mitchell Falls the next day.
