Its official Lazy Dawn has crossed the Finish line!!!

Sorry for the slow updated but we finished at 06.44 on Friday morning after an excellent final leg home from the Fastnet Rock. It was a very emotional time after such a long time in the preparation and the excellent way the team had pulled together.

As the dust settles after the party we had in Plymouth and the hangovers slowly goes away I will make a more detailed analysis of the final results and our overall statistics.

The official results show

39th in IRC 2 Our Class out of 67

103 rd overall out of 267 boats in the race

This is a very respectable result based on the weather conditions as the smaller boats had big advantages over the faster boats due to low wind in the early part of the race. This is reflected in are IRC 2 results.

So a big thank you to the dedication and efforts of the whole crew during the Campaign!!!
