We motored all the way up the Irish Sea with a fair
tide and docked at Wicklow at 0630 on Friday morning just as the sun was coming
up. Since arriving here the weather has steadily deteriorated and it's
poured all day today which is a shame as the town has a three day
dancing and music festival planned this weekend. Maurice and friends arrived
2230 last evening so we celebrated at the local yacht club with a few
Guinness.
We,re notsure what the future plans are yet, but we meet up with others in
the Dublin area in the next couple of days and on the The Isle of Man
perhaps Tuesday.
I hope this rain stops soon as I remember my sailing trip here last year
was rain every day. No wonder evferything is so green.
Southern Ireland is on the Euro and
o'boy everything is expensive
