The Good

Left the berth at 0900 Sunday with a wonderful group of wellwishers waving goodbye.

Super but tiring trip down the Delaware river and to sea.

What a lovely night for sailing 2 reefs in the main 6knots...

The milky Way is still out there when you get darkness and a comet / shooting star zinged overhead and I think toward Woodbury.

The Bad

Overnight we discoverd that the domestic batteries were not holding there charge. So to keep long story short we are back in Cape May. NJ awating an analysis of the situation tomorrow.

I'm writing this in the Canyon Club Marina, Cape May, NJ in between showers. I have to get a nap its been a long 36 hrs
