Night sail from Crookhaven, leaving at 0100, to benefit from calmer seas and winds up to F5 rather than the daytime F6 and over. We enjoyed a fun sail, with the wind direction enabling us to sail to Bere Island without having to tack in all directions.

Lawrence Cove has very limited communications, hence no photos here, but it is a memorable, unspoilt island, living in a charming time warp. A sleep and enjoyable walk has refreshed us.
