Last weekend we were invited by some friends living in Papeete, to spend
a few days with them on a beautiful Polynesian Atoll called Maupiti.
Maupiti is located just east or Bora-Bora and we reached it by air
in 1 hour and 18 minutes

Our flight took us from Papeete to via Huahine, then Bora-Bora, to our
destination Maupiti.

This Place is a real pearl, with its main island, the coral Reef (MOTU)
and the impressive colorful lagoon.
Saturday and Sunday we were the guests of a local family which housed
and spoiled us in any way they could.

The return flight from Maupiti took us in good weather along many well known islands
via Raiatea and Moorea back to Papeete.

This was a great weekend , which we will certainly keep in our memories for ever.
