The next day after a healthy breakfast at the hotel, we made our way to the airport and guess what?

Comanche HB-PON was standing there on the apron, nicely covered all over with a layer of ice. At this unexpected sight, I had no other choice
to beg the FBO to please tow the plane to his heated hangar to defrost.

Two hours later and $ 40.- lighter we were on our way in souteasterly direction, into warmer climate to Panama City in the north of Florida,
on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico.
