The following early morning was bright and sunny, and we continued our very last leg of our adventure back to Switzerland
with unusually high ground speed, thanks to that strong tailwind, along the Spanish coast, past Valencia, Barcelona, the
Pyrenean mountain range, into southern France and then on to Geneva.

Finally the Alps, approaching Geneva

Our final landing at my home field in Prangins, on the Lake of Geneva, was a couple of minutes before official sunset and
we were greeted by many of our friends with champagne.

Indeed, this was a long, interesting and certainly unforgettable

flying experience for the two of us!
