A test message to see if I can finally, after
4 weeks of experiencing the dockyard run around to end all dockyard runarounds,
get the Globalstar data transfer facility to work. Yesterday I had a
connection for about 5 seconds, which seemed to be enough (hence the GLOBALSTAR
TEST message), but we should be able to do better than that. Here's
