Be passing Ushant soon so not long now until we place our heads in the jaws of the beast that is BAY OF BISCAY !!

The sun is out now which is lovely but very choppy . Janet couldn’t face her boiling her boil in the bag meal s ate it straight out of the packet. I , however , am made of stronger stuff and thoroughly enjoyed my full English piping hot ( no idea how they managed to make cubes of omelet stay in one piece like that , Easyjet school of cookery I guess ).

Weather last night was horrible and needless to say the wind has been pretty much on the nose since we left Plymouth so have been motor sailing continuously since we left.

We would be a bit more adventurous and tack our way down but it looks like something grizzly may be coming the way of Biscay on Tuesday so want to be the hell out of here by then.
