Day 4

Early morning checked out with Customs and then headed out from Rodney Bay on a lovely sunny morning - with gentle Trade winds once more. The unsttled day 2 and 3  are now behind us and rains are now over ... we hope!

Passed by Mr & Mrs Andrew Halls Villa - and telephoned Jim and Pam to wave  "Cherio!"
Apparantly Pam was waving a towel to us - but we couldn`t make much out from 2 miles offshore.... too shallow closer - we had to avoid Barrel of Beef Rock! - so sailed by waving anyhow..hopefully they saw us..(?)

The usual committe of boat boys meet us off Marigot bay and we now have a lovely mooring in this picture postcard creek.

Crew are now trained up and ready for the first serious passage - 60 miles to Bequia - departing tomorrow morning at dawn!
