Good morning from a very wet and windy Atlantic. Well the wind shifted south as per forecast yesterday afternoon and steadily rose into the night. We covered good miles yesterday with 15 knots of wind and the code 0 out. We furled that around 2000 when the wind rose above 17 knots. Its 0630 here now. Wind is blowing a steady 30 knots...some big waves out there which are treating anyone on the helm to the occasional drenching. I'll keep this one short and sweet as proving a challenge to remain on the seat without flying off. The laptop has already gone flying once but luckily survived.

The low should pass us later on today most likely with more rain and squalls and wind veer west again.

That's it for now....back to getting wet.

Pics of the day: Us currently under sail reefed in.
