Finally Sailing! ..after an early start and initial motoring we are now rolling along in the large swells on a dead run 'goose winging' our way South to Figueira da Foz, some 77 nautical miles. The sun is out factor 50 applied and shorts on!!...all of us a little slow today after a great party in the Yacht club last night!!.....never mind we have tonight Saturday & Sunday in Port before we move off again...a chance to re-cuperate?

The weather looks reasonable now with the reinstatement of those prevailing Northerly's normally associated with this coast, so fingers crossed.
