Observations from the pontoon

Lovely evening here on C27. Still awaiting news of the Volvo
distribution centre…. 2 tubes of Chemical Metal – should come in handy,
tapas and cold beer – no, no not in Coruna yet! This is Royal William
Yard Plymouth. Potatas Brava soggy and dripping in grease. Mushunt Gwumble –
I’ll review the tapas and compare to the Plymouth fare on the trip south.
The spinning rods have proved a great success. 2 hours after high tide seems to
be a good time to fish from the marina here – last night I had a decent
mackerel, great fried with eggs for breakfast. Anyhow – I have the great pleasure of an hour of
fishing and tea drinking before watching the apprentice (to remind me all the
things I love about LORD sugar!) The custom built catamaran “impossible dream” is
just next door on the marina – interesting story and worth a google if
you have an idle minute. Time to fish… |
