Well we experienced everything!   Light winds so we could fly the cruising chute for the first time since crossing the Atlantic, lovely winds so we breezed along doing 6 knots and then the night winds on our third night at sea .... they were something else!   We saw 44 knots on the anemometer, we were pooped a couple of times but no damage done and we had been very sensible and put the washboards in so no salty water down below!    All in all a good trip (371nm) but we are glad to be at anchor once again.
