Oh dear!   We left Marigot Bay yesterday (2nd January) and had a small hiccup!    A jibe that went wrong has meant a split in the main so we are stopping in Rodney Bay while Kenny, the local sailmaker, makes a professional job of patching it.   So irritating!!   But heyho – that’s the sailing life, always something that needs sorting but we will make the most of having the boom free of sail and clean it!!   ‘Always look on the bright side of life .....’
