We left St Pierre at 7am this morning having had a night of rain...and more rain.....though not comparable with UK! When we reached the Martinique Passage we hit one of the inter-island acceleration zones with winds in excess of 40 knots and massive seas. The Atlantic funnelling through a narrow passage creates the effect. We did the 35 nm in just over 5 hours!! Now chilling out in Dominica's capital Rosseau .
