Well I guess its time I wrote another blog its not going to be the size of a short novel like Uncle Iain writes but I will try...
Its so true Zara Uncle Iain spends hours writing his blogs you can imagine how long those things take when he only uses the one finger to type them.......

Its so nice when we turn on this little computer and read all the emails we have received its something we look forward to each day. Mum you finally emailed I see you have come to grips with the whole computer thing, that would have been so nice to see dolphins riding the waves with all the surfers I have decided I want a pet dolphin we can keep it in our pool we haven't had any visits from them in ages, yeah I know how rude.  Duncan cant wait to visit you at your new place where is it that you live now I know its in north Sydney that's such a nice area to be in, I agree completely you should go change the Noddy Sofa for a really comfy one cos I think I will be spending a lot of time on it since you live so close to the beach and the pub!

Yesterday we spent the whole day in the sunshine it was brilliant we are all looking like lobsters but we have to make the most of it because unfortunately it was one of the few days of sun we have had on our little voyage. I have been trying to read this book on Ancient Egypt I thought I would have been blown away by their ancient civilization but have come to realize that they pretty much achieved nothing except built these massive monuments not just for their kings but the wealthy and never really conquered any of the other great powers. I hope I'm a little more impressed by the end of this book because I bought a ticket to go there in a few weeks!!!!!!

Back to our little voyage, we are getting so close to the canaries its on the same map that we are on now I reckon we have another 5 days left, its funny we have been moving at top speeds (6-7 Kt) roughly 10kph for the last 24 hours as we have had the cruising chute up its funny how this one sail has more punch than if we have all 4 of the other sails up, we should have the main sail up to and goosewing it all the way to the canaries  but somebody no names mentioned left the spinnaker pole at home!!!!

We had the most amazing sunset last night they are something special out here and I even saw it flash green which Auntie Gaynor reckons it is something that is a rare thing to see  I don't get how they didn't see it as we were all staring at it entranced by its beauty. I'm Loving every moment out here yet I cant wait to have some fresh clothes a nice long hot shower and a cold Spanish beer in the sun or even on the beach yeah  that would hit the spot.

Well that's enough from me

All the best from the crew on Lady Corinne

Over and Out

P.S. Check out the hat Auntie Gaynor made with a book and  a tea towel!!!
