Regular readers of the blog, fear not, we have not suddenly befallen some financial catastrophe.  But alas, the time has come to start marketing Kokamo so that we can sell her at the end of the year, and grudgingly return to reality. And given the amount of enquiries that have come in after sticking up a couple of ads, it seemed easiest to put the details up on the blog. Unless you have a particular penchant for maritime minutae, I'd skip the next few blog entries entitled 'Kokamo For Sale' - apart from if you fancy sailing around the South Pacific next year, of course...

For those new to the blog and directed here for more details on Kokamo - you are in the right place!  On this page I will list her specs (including some background) and her inventory.  Please feel free to browse the blog more widely for more details on why we bought her (early entries back in May), and for an insight into our trip on our year away from the UK.

KOKAMO WILL BE FOR SALE IN NEW ZEALAND FROM MID-NOVEMBER FOR $135,000 NZD
(a sale in Vanuatu from the start of November would also be possible)

** I believe that Kokamo and our trip was featured in both the June and July issues of 'Boating Magazine' in New Zealand - so check out a copy for a journalists take**
