Lots of work on board today, including removing the old desalinator which had never worked since we got the boat. Plus some reading. Anyone interested in the Bass Strait islands we recommend The Forgotten Islands by Michael Veitch. Had fish & spinach risotto tonight, with gummy shark out of the freezer. It was a helluva fish, that’s about the sixth meal.
